Rates
Clinical Services:
200 per hour for psychological assessment (in-session as well as interpretation and report writing); some multiple-assessment services (such as collaborative assessment) may be priced as a package at a discount from the per hour fee structure
200 per 55-60 min individual therapy session
175 per 45 min individual therapy session.
75 per 1.5 hour group therapy session or 275 paid monthly
Psychoeducational and Informational:
Workshops and informational offerings and services are priced individually
For Professionals:
250 per hour for professional consultation (350 per hour for court appearance or deposition)
Insurance
Dr. Grossman is a participating provider for Medicare Part B. He is an out of network provider for all commercial health insurance carriers.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychological services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan have out of network benefits?
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
Our practice has contracted with a bank-secure credit card processor (Stripe) and you will be asked to provide a credit card to keep on file with this service when you are completing your initial paperwork online. This card will be charged for all services, generally at the time of service. Some services may follow a different schedule.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Sessions not canceled with 24 hour notice will be charged for the full rate of the session.
